Re: asio addon fails to install
Hi,
What addon you are trying to install?
I personally tested https://www.happymonkeying.com/plugin.php?q=300021 and it installed. Unfortunately about how it woks as an very outdated plugin no guaranties. Personally I think ASIO is a last resort if none of other plugins work.

Re: asio addon fails to install
I am having this issue as well. I'm running a Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 (3rd generation) in an old ACER laptop and OBS is telling me that it can't find x64/bassasio.dll. OBS-ASIO won't work without it.
I'm having trouble with making it work though. I downloaded the .zip file from and extract it into the obs-plugins/64 bit folder but it still can't find the .dll file.

Re: asio addon fails to install
Hi,
Even this is MediaMonkey forum as a professional courtesy I'll try to help you.
I have Focusrite solo 3rg gen and have no issues adding ASIO source to OBS.
1. You need to download OBS-ASIO plugin from https://github.com/Andersama/obs-asio/releases
2. Add ASIO source and confirm it is available https://github.com/Andersama/obs-asio/w ... n-2-and-3)
3. Have fun.
Here is confirmed recording from OBS:
So no BASS Library involved.
I hope I helped, if not unfortunately I would suggest that you try to ask at OBS forums.
