Retrieve MM5 License

Hello,

I purchased MM5 about a year ago and have the email receipts, but I can't find my key. I tried using the recovery site but it doesn't recognize my email/CC #. I paid through PayPal would might be part of the issue there.

I just want to install MM5 on a new PC. Old PC has the license installed - I assume I cannot export it due to obvious reasons.

Any help is appreciated. I tried opening a service ticket, but haven't heard back in over a week so I figured I'd come here. Can talk/converse with someone "offline" about this if information / receipts need to be shared.

Hi,
You can export MM license from your OLD PC by Going into regedit -> HKCU\SOFTWARE\MediaMonkey

Please note that Key is valid for to 3 owned PCs so after export you should delete that registry from old PC to invalidate that license.

EDIT: Also I see that you got Discount Offer for upgrading to MM5.

Thank you - I did get some help on my ticket. I won't need it on the old PC so that's OK.
