Android app unable to sync settings with external storage

Hello, I am unable to sync settings using any storage location other than internal storage, even though I can still play music from the SD card. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Android app, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue.

Which version of MMA are you using and what Build (Help > About) of MMW are you trying to Sync from?

How exactly is this failing for you? Does a device reboot help?
