CD Rip with "The" after the Artist Name

Where do I configure "The" to follow the Artist Name? i.e. The Goo Goo Dolls becomes Goo Goo Dolls, The

You'll need to manually edit the Properties of each CD requiring this for the tags (MediaMonkey can ignore prefixes them for sorting purposes), but you can do this automatically for the filenames with $MovePrefix().

Perhaps I'm doing this incorrectly, but under the Rip window for Destination when I select

C:\Music\$MovePrefix(<Artist>)\$MovePrefix(<Artist>) - <Album>\<Track #:3> <Title>

I still get a folder for The Killers, subfolder The Killers - Hot Fuss.

How can I get this to work?
