Adding Artwork - Lookup Image defaults to Google page

Post by AlexThump »

The artwork for my albums is in a file called Folder.jpg which is kept in the Album folder along with the song files.

When I try use the Lookup Image button in the properties window, a second box about cookies opens a Google sign in page. I don't need this page and would like to disable it and follow a similar path to which I had with MM4.

If I try to bypass the cookie warning box by closing it or clicking on the Browse button, the google page is replaced by a whie blank box that causes Media Monkey to crash.

If I can't resolve this, I'd rather uninstal MM5 and plod on with MM4.

Any suggestions on how I can trace the cause of ths error and find the setting which will stop the Googlewindow appearing will be most appreciated.

I'm not an advanced IT user, so please bear with me if I ask a lot of what might be silly questions.

Thanks
Alex

Google cookie consent page is compulsory in EU, you need to answer it, otherwise artwork search will not work. I.e. just press accept or reject button on this page and it should be ok then. Do not close it by the cross.
