Sync issue Moto Edge 5G UW

Always shows initializing and doesn't move forward. Does not do this with my iphone.

Hi,
Are you testing USB or WIFi Sync. Initializing time can be long if you have large library.

I tested on my Moto Edge 40 5G and had no issues. Please note that I use WiFi Sync as MTP (USB) sync is buggy due teh Windows MTP Driver.
