Error in auto organize files

Post by bungle77 »

I am using media monkey 4 since many years to auto organize in folders my mp3 collection
Today for the first time i got an error that there was a mistake in moving the files. Whatever files i choose now i got always the same mistake.
I tried to copy the file in another folder, i tried to restart the pc, i tried to reinstall mediamonkey, i also tried with mediamonkey 5, but i get always the same mistake.
Can someone help me?

Does the file itself play in MMW4? It could be an issue with the foreign characters.

Then it's likely a rights issue. MediaMonkey (the Windows user it's running as) doesn't have right to create a file in the destination or delete the file in the source.
