Build 2823 - IOS 17.1.1

I was running build 2821 but it would not sync playlists to my iPhone 13 IOS 17.1.1 so I just upgraded to 2823 and now it does not see my iPhone so I cannot sync anything. Under the Devices & Services menu it shows a disconnected e:\ but I do not have an e drive on my computer mapped or physical, I suspect it might be trying to display the iPhone - not sure
