[2022] Starting to play large Playing list takes a long time

I think this might be related to https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=20326

My Playing list is about 25K. When I start up MM it takes ~15/20 seconds before it starts playing.
The play button becomes active after about 4 seconds, but nothing happens until some time later.

Please follow steps from viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643 and attach ZIPPED log file to support ticket.

I am unable to replicate, for me playback starts immediately but list gets populated for next 10s.

Are you using Debug or non debug version?
