This is something I've seen for months (probably years) but can't really find a way to replicate it each time so I've never reported it before. But thought I'd mention it in case anyone else gets it too.
When I'm searching I often get a corrupt piece of artwork and some garbled text at the top left of the main display like this:
The only way I can sort of replicate is the following:
1) Make sure you're in 'List (by album)' view with artwork showing as a column header
2) Have the Column Filter displayed
3) Start typing in the search box (pick a random word that you know is included in something, e.g. 'green')
4) Delete one letter (e.g. so it now says 'gree')
5) Add that letter back in ('green')
6) Keep doing this and after a couple of times it usually gives me results like the screenshots
If I then click the 'minimize left panel' icon and then 'show left panel' the corrupt artwork disappears and it fixes it.
I'm not sure what else is specific to it but I get it quite a lot when searching.

Are you seeing this with Build 2817?

Yes, I've seen it for months but still seeing it on 5.1.0.2817.
Re: Corrupt artwork appears with some searches
Does it persist after you rename persistent.json to persistent.json.off and then start MediaMonkey?

Re: Corrupt artwork appears with some searches
For me it happens consistently in 2817 under following circumstances
- Open a static playlist
- Set view to list by album
- Make surer info panel is displayed
- Perform a search which has no results
The "corrupt artwork" is displayed in the info panel.

Re: Corrupt artwork appears with some searches
Are you doing a search within the Playlist or a global Playlist? I've not been able to reproduce either way.
Anyway, as requested, open a Support Ticket for this.

Re: Corrupt artwork appears with some searches
Just to confirm, this original issue is still happening using 2819 for me.
Possibly it is skin-related?? I am using Metro M (Classic)
It does not bother me enough to produce a log.
