On Monday I made my last sync, since then, I get the error thast the server is inaccessible. I tried to reconfigure, but nothing helps. Tried to initiate sync via cable connection, no success.
Is there a possibility to delete the sync configuration from MMA?

No, it can be deleted from MMW, but not MMA.

Problem solved, had nothing to do with MMW or MMA. Eset probably did some update and blocked the configured port.

Restart the MMW PC (and maybe the router and phone as well). It could be the network or the firewall that's blocking things, so check that as well.
