The Playlist on Spotify is newer, thus MediaMonkey doesn't overwrite it as it has an older version. If you make a change to the Playlist in MediaMonkey, then the file(s) removed on Spotify will show again on Spotify.

I understand but I just tried a new sync:
- Sync a playlist with 149 tracks
- Sync is ok for 144 tracks (displayed on Spotidy) and MM says 5 tracks can't be synced (2 aren't on Spotify, 3 have titles a little different between Spotify and MM)
- I rename 2 tracks on MM to match Spotify names and I delete 1 track from my MM playlist
- Sync again: only 2 tracks are displayed on MM log sync (it is normal: tracks that don't exist on Spotify), but my Spotify playlist doesn't seem to be updated with the two "new" tracks (with fixed names): My Spotify playlist still have 144 tracks (it should be 146 now)
Maybe an important detail: my MM playlist is a dynamic playlist created with the condition "Comment contains..."
