I only have synced Music and Playlists on SD card on my tablet and smartphone.
That is why I only gave access to these folders on SD card, but not on internal folders of the devices.
However, when I want to delete a playlist, MMA is forces me to "grant access" also to the internal folders.
I don't want to do that, because I don't want to open any wrong path for synchronization.
I don't trust MMW / MMA any longer to do the right things for syncing.
How can I delete any files on MMA that are on SD card without prompting to "grant access" before?

Hi,
Have you tried to Delete Internal Storage from MMA?
If Both Storage are present, MMA check Common folders for both Internal and SD card and that is why it asks for permission on Internal.

Re: MMA wants "Grant Access" for Folders I don't want to use
I deleted "music" in internal storage to make sure that MMA doesn't start saving any synced files there.
And also I don't want to risk to give access to internal storage folders, whether they would have to created or not.
That comes from too much trouble with syncing.
On the other hand: I deleted the whole sd card storage of MMA at least 4 times. So if MMA really occupies the wrong destination I could delete it too.

What I had suspected has come true: During the next synchronization, MMW / MMA copied some files to the tablet instead of the SD card of the tablet.

Thank you. Yes. I did that afterwards already. From a logical point unchecking there is solving the problem.
