Synch with identic tree structure

I stored my files in a tree-structure which which cannot be developed from the tags ore database contents, e.g. they are store in folders which are named
mp3-musik/christmas/...
mp3-musik/french/...
mp3-musik/training/..
and so on.
What can I do to tell MM, that it should use the same path-name as the file is now?
