How to remove synchronized devices ?

After changing my mobile from iphone to Samsung the iphone entries in the MM tree cannot be removed / deleted ?

What iPhone entries in the tree? It will only show the device in the Media Tree if connected. Do you maybe mean the device list under Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync?
