I have been (bad?) moving files to consolidate to a single directory folder. I have also been trying to reduce the parent/child folder situation by pulling files from multiple albums to a single "performer name" folder.
This has resulted in an inability to select the moved files. The list scans quickly and then all the entries turn gray. I'm sure this is my fault, but I don't know how to get a grip on creating a new listing.
I do have backups of my files, so I'm ok there, but I would like to get rid of the stacking of folders for multi-track music. I have a lot of classical.
Where did I go wrong?

You likely moved/renamed files outside of MediaMonkey, thus MediaMonkey can no longer find them: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/ind ... ls-to-play
