Sync copies a number of files every single time

Hi,
I sync a large amount of files onto a USB drive for use in my car. Out of these, around 200 files are copied over every single time.
I can see them correctly on the drive after each sync and play them. Nevertheless MM overwrites them again next time.
Although this is not a critical issue, it takes its toll on the USB drive (and I guess in other sync's as well that I do).

First update to the latest release. To confirm, sync is re-syncing about 200 files? It is removing the old copy and re-syncing it back to the drive? Are you sure it is re-syncing the file, or maybe it's just updating metadata? If re-syncing, could those files have been updated in MediaMonkey since last sync?
