Entire Library deleted before sync

I am using 4.1.15.1830.

Is it normal for MM to delete everything in my device before it syncs?

It didn't happen in previous versions.

Depends. If the current MediaMonkey database didn't sync the files to the device and you've set it to remove all media files this is expected. However you should've seen a prompt asking to delete the files.

My "Confirm Deletion" is checked.

I only have mediamonkey on 1 computer and the database file is in the Appdata folder.
It seems like every time I boot my computer it does the whole remove content part, if I update my auto playlist after that it correctly gets new files and syncs.

The database contains the link between Library and device files. What device are you syncing to?

Sony Walkman A17 and sd card in LG G4.

It does seem to be happening when I close Mediamonkey and do a resync.

It happens to both? Do you have any Backup software working on your files?

Happens to both. But I think it does confirm delete on the sd card.

And my backups are manual.

Then I suggest capturing a debug log (step 4b) of your last session with MM before PC restart and one of the first session after. Looks like re-selecting my sync lists has fixed the issue for both devices.
