Not enough space on storage

Post by daryan »

When syncing wireless using the latest version of mma and mmw the sync stops with a message 'not enough storage space' . The remaining space on the SD card is 12.2GB (also a part of the message in the drop down). My first thought was the reserved space feature on the device config: this is enabled but is configured at 6GB. What else could be causing mma to hit this limit and stop the sync?

Is that the actual free space as confirmed by Android? Is your sync list bigger than the free space minus reserved space?

That is the actual free space as quoted by android, i.e., 12.2GB. The collection that I use to control the sync is 43.7GB, of which roughly 28GB has copied to the device. I have a reserved amount of 6144MB (6GB) in the device config.
