Missing Music in MM from iphone

The music on my iphone is not showing up in MM. I have a 5S with ios9.1 and using MM 4.1.9.1764. I can actually see one track which looks like one I purchased on the iphone. I have 588 tracks on my phone, which MM is not showing. I tried transferring some tracks to the phone using MM and I could see those until I quit MM and restarted, now those are missing in MM as well. They are on the phone though.
