Hi There,
Could somebody advise me how I can transfer my portable version of MediaMonkey 4 to my new laptop.
I have Installed mediamonkey on the new laptop, but am not sure how to go about transferring the music files, scripts, playlist, and setting to the new laptop.
Any help would be most appreciated
Regards
Desmond

If you did a Portable Install you should be able to move the whole MediaMonkey install folder.
However it sounds like you'll be moving your media files to a different drive in which case see: http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.p ... w_computer

Re: Transferring Portable Version to New Laptop
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Just for clarity so all I need to do is uninstall the current version that is installed on the New laptop
Copy over the portable version to the new laptop.
Question, how do I now get the new laptop to pick up the music as they will be pointing at a drive on my work PC?
Regards

Either you're starting the wrong install, didn't copy everything over or just need to redo the settings. (Portable Install is meant to be installed on portable drive used with various computers, not to be moved around itself)
