synch w/ iriver h10 20gb

MM can't see my iriver h10, 20gb. I have new firmware, recently upgraded to 2.5.1. Nothing shows. Iriver is checked in the config box, but it does not see it. Any suggestions?

Do you have the MTP firmware? The device should appear in the tree then.

Don't really know. Firmware says v.2.51 PFD

Then the device should be recognized by MM 2.5 and newer. If it isn't, you can e-mail us a debug log.

Will do. Got some suggested fixes from the iriver forums which I will try tonight. I'll post what happens either way.
