Synch Script?

I am having trouble finding scripts and since I don't program I can't write my own.

I would like to have a Sycned field (perhaps one of the Custom Fields) that would have a 0 or N or No as a default and which would change to a 1 or Y or Yes when MediaMonkey synchs each file. This way I could sync up the podcasts which I have not heard yet.
