Tags are lost when synchronize in WMA format

When I synchronize a USB kingston 8GB and then I insert it in other PC I cant see any tags, even Title, Artist or Album

My destination format is WMA Variable Bitrate at 40% Quality

WinXP SP3, P3 768MB, 1CDR, 1HD (C:/), Mediamonkey 4.0.0.14.22

I cannot reproduce it. I took some MP3, synchronize it with device (autoconversion to WMA), and the dest. file contains all tags. What is your source format? Could you send us debug log from synchronizing one such file?
