anyone using a USB remote?

Post by BucketHead »

I put an older XP machine in my entertainment center for listening around the house and especially pool-side. Super cool would be a remote that I could use for play controls, ratings, maybe even switch to a different playlist. Switching playlists is probably a little out there but what would be best for the other functions?

TIA

I think you only can get play controls on a remote. For the other features you need a remote that can control the mouse.

I know, it's great to have RF remotes.

The ATI remote wonder is /was one sweet unit ...... I still use mine and even now there isn't anything I know of that works so well with Media Monkey via Girder.

Even better, didn't expect a radio remote to be so cheap. Were you able to get mediamonkey to recognize any buttons for setting song ratings?
