Configuring MediaMonkey to use Filename

Hi,
When I scan to add albums to the library I often end up with just the titles of the tracks and the file names showing in the right hand panel. The artist and album name are missing.
When I right click on the album in the library list and select Auto Tag from Filename all the relevant details are filled in so the necessary information is obviously available.
So how can I configure MediaMonkey to use all the information in the filename to fill out all fields automatically ?
Any help would be much appreciated.

At: Tools | Options | Library

Check "Infer track properties"

then choose either 'From filename' or 'From filename + path'

I went as directed and infer from filenames was selected so I am trying filename + path.
