I am willing to be patient, as I understand this is a new device, but just in case it's a matter of adding a new USB id to existing iPhone support (not like adding the iphone the first time around) I'd like to add my name to the list, so the devs know there's a lot of demand.

More demand = higher priority = fewer whiners being told to be patient.

I'm not asking for a solution immediately, I'm asking for a response indicating that the issue is acknowledged since I purchased, in part, on the promise of being able to sync my iPhone. I was also asking if anybody had tried to contact MM through the official route since I'm holding off on syncing and don't have anything to report myself.

Hi,

It seems that Apple has made some changes that prevent third-party applications from interfacing with the new iPhone firmware.

We are looking into the issue, but cannot provide a firm timetable for resolution of this.

This is a deal breaker preventing me from getting a 3G (along with no physical keyboard), and preventing me from upgrading my iTouch firmware from 1.1.4 to 2.0

iTunes is NOT an option for syncing/managing music for me. I hope the MM devs can resolve this for those who bought a 3G. For old iPhone and iTouch owners, I recommend reverting the firmware to 1.1.4. Plenty of how-to's out there. No AppStore, but there are TONS of 1.1.4 apps/games available for jailbroken iPhones/iPods. Good luck!

Just beware that this might happen anytime in the future with newer firmware updates! Apple is NOT in the mood to let you wander off iTunes.

I doubt another request is going to do much. The developers know this is a high-priority feature and they're doing their best to make sure it is incorporated into the next beta version of MM available.
