Filter not working properly in 3.0.1.1127

I used a filter "path/filename contains X:\Musicfiles\radioioBluegrass" and it showed 30 tracks of the 476 I see in the folder with Windows Explorer. I then did a rescan and a search with the same criterion displayed 505 files.

Filter only works on tracks in library. As for the difference between 505 and 476, i guess you have folders under 'X:\Musicfiles\radioioBluegrass' which contains 29 tracks.

Perhaps I wasn't clear, the 470+ tracks are in the library and I do see them when I turn off the filter or query them in MM3.
