cool a new skin.

a theme for it? you mean this is just the player skin now? okay.

Looks nice! Planning on doing a full theme for it?

Yeah I hope to do the theme but it looks good with the default blue at the moment.

If I base it around orange it will probably be too much?




I'm not artistic at all so any suggestions of colour to replace the Blue would be appreciated

lighten the orange in the backgrounds on the list view's

and make the frame from blue to the brown or burnt umber color.
you will need to make the color behind the buttons and on the menu bar
the dark yellow because the words up there are controled by the desktop of the user of your skin, so most people have them black you must make that color work for black fonts.
and your dark yellow color will fit there.

is that my monkey skin your changing it looks like monkeys on the scroll bar?

thats cool if you change it dont use my images i did in the skin., and that means some one got my skin.

the only images i made for any skin are the background images those can be in anyone's skin they are the carbonated bubbles or the beer images.

just thought. the background in the views might look good if you use the beer or carbonated bubble background i made in it. not really horror stuff,

but mad sicen.... always have bubbling flask's of liquid sitting around.




also just thought you might beable to get a photo of an old house
take it in to photo shop and make it any were from 80% to 90%
transperant then change the color of the photo to sapia tone.
that will make a good hunted house theme. of course it would be multiple images since the back grounds are small and tiled in the list views.

but it can still work,

No monkeys were harmed in the making of this skin, it is all based on the default blue monkey

you see what i ment about the light yellow on the menu buttons?

the words are black and unreadable on the brown.

little things like that are good to keep in mind because not every one knows what the buttons are by location since the location can be changed
by the users. and not everyone has the tool tip options turned on.

or for some other of the million windows screwed up reasons,
windows dicided to stop using the tool tip's
it does that a lot on my win 98 computer.

but making all the brown shades look good is hard to do.

you did get a good looking skin.

i hope your icons don't start to go white on you like they did me.
