Update to MediaMonkey 4.1.15. If it still occurs disable auto-lyric lookup under Tools > Options > Appearance. Does that resolve it?

InlineLyrics.vbs sounds like a third party script

[Edit by Rusty]: You can disable the script via Tools > Extensions OR by removing/renaming it in the /MediaMonkey/Scripts folder
