MM Crash during BatchArtFinder operation
Everything seemed to be going smoothly so I decided to start adding artwork (I previously never kept artwork to keep the size down). I tried a few and they went ok, then I did a batch of only 14 albums, checked some and clicked "Save Checked" and...

You should post in the BatchArtFinder thread. Bug reports forum is for bugs in the actual program, not for addons.

Re: MM Crash during BatchArtFinder operation
Brought MM back up and noticed a few cosmetic changes had reverted (I had removed some fields from the Art & Detail window now that I have actual album art to show). Changed those, exited and restarted (just in case).
Then tried again and it worked on 14 albums so I tried a bunch more (part of my "A's" from the artist list) and, out of 398 albums to check, it did the first 36 just fine than claimed no results for the rest. I checked off those 36 and hit Save Checked then error windows with the following message started appear (364 of them is my guess):

Going back in I found that 34 of the 36 albums now had art. Not sure if I want to try again, but the other alternative seems to do them one by one and THAT would take a long time...Error executing script event.
Catastrophic failure

Ok, I did a quick look for that thread and didn't see one - I'll look again.
Just curious, but the actual program IS what crashed - even if it was an addon that caused it...

Yeah, from 2006... I didn't bother.BKKKPewsey wrote:I assume its this http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... art+finderNWDreamer wrote:Ok, I did a quick look for that thread and didn't see one - I'll look again.
I still don't think MM should crash just because an addon misbehaves though.

That's just when the addon was first created, check the last page.NWDreamer wrote:Yeah, from 2006... I didn't bother.BKKKPewsey wrote:I assume its this http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... art+finderNWDreamer wrote:Ok, I did a quick look for that thread and didn't see one - I'll look again.
Addons can crash MM, then that's the problem of the addon, not of MM.
