Audiobooks doesn't sync last played position with iPhone

Well, like the subject says. The last played position of an audiobook doesn't sync properly with an iPhone 4s. Syncing the position from the iphone to MM usually works, but I have yet to get it to work at all the other way around...

Mediamonkey 4.0.5.1496, also tried the 1500 beta, ios 5.1.1

Installed build 1500 and tried to sync audiobooks and podcasts. Files sync over just fine, but playback position doesn't seem to work. Sometimes I can get the playback position from the iphone to MM, but have never been able to sync it the other way.

Then you may want to start with a debug log (step 4b) covering the sync of the files to the iPhone and send it to support:
