[1500] "Web" node reappears after updating MM

I updated from the official, latest release of MM to 4.0.6.1500 because I have been having some iphone sync issues and this version seems to have addressed some of these.

When I started MM up, the Web-node was the first thing that popped up, even though that node was the first one I disabled when I installed 4.0.5 a few days ago... In "Media Tree" under Options, the Web-note shows up as unchecked, but it shows up in the tree. Attaching a screenshot

That's because you've just updated the software.
It shows the web tab with the MediaMonkey page active in it.
Just delete this tab (think of it as an advertising thing), and when you restart MM next, the web page won't appear if you don't have it active in the options panel.

I already registered and paid for MM, do I really need more ads?

That page also links to the "Getting Started" pages which if you had upgraded from MM3 you may find informative.
:)

What's annoying is that I have to go into options and check, then uncheck the node to get it to disappear. I can't just right-click and delete it

Web Node disappears on restart if the Welcome tab was closed: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=9505
