Hi GargantulaKon,
Does the problem occur when you run MM (and the vis) on your primary monitor?
Also, I just want to confirm: is the problem specific to Geiss (i.e. Milkdrop works fine)?

When I woke my computer back up, I saw another Comodo Alert. I figured it out! It is Comodo that is causing the freeze. I closed it and Geiss starts up! Use the latest version of Comodo Internet Security to see the issue.

Did you figure out how to configure Comodo to get around this?
I suspect it's probably similar to the ZoneAlarm problem with keyboard scanning as described here:

I've experienced this same bug. Once I entered options and checked SOUND ENABLED it ran without any problems.
