Sort classifications alphabetically

Post by BeatFreq »

So I use the 'Occasion' field in the tags pretty extensively so I can find all the songs that I've tagged as appropriate for whatever type of event I might be playing at, and I've noticed all of the items listed under 'Entire Library > Classification' (Tempo, Mood, Occasion, Quality) seem to be listed in no particular order (best I've been able to guess is that they're just listed in the order in which they were added to the library, which makes it rather impossible to rearrange that list). It would be immensely helpful to have those listings sorted (or at least be able to sort them) alphabetically, so they would be easier to find. Is that possible?

Many thanks, love Mediamonkey so much!

I assume you understand you can manually sort the list.

Yes, thank you (I also create a lot of occasion-specific smart playlists since those do sort alphabetically, so there is definitely a pretty good workaround available in the meantime), it's just a long list and I thought it would be nice to be able to autosort is all.
