Don't whack my .m4v's and .mp4's on my iPod during auto-sync

After using the MM3 beta since August 2007.... My first wishlist item is...

In the Device Profile for an removable device, like an iPod, in the "Auto-Sync Options" have a setting with a free form, comma delimited list of file extensions you don't want deleted on the device during an auto-sync. In this list my first addition would be ".m4v, .mp4".

I already have the setting "Delete Tracks that aren't on the Auto-sync list from the device" so that any songs I remove from Playlists are removed from the device during an auto-sync. And I have "Confirm deletion (recommended)" checked, but every time I sync my iPod with MM, and the delete confirmation dialog comes up, I have to uncheck all the .m4v and .mp4 files that come up in the list. The .m4v and .mp4 are usually Video Podcasts, Tv Shows, etc that I drag and drop from iTunes onto my iPod.

I do this now, and it appears to work ... my .mp4 and .m4v files are left alone. I think this has been in at least the last two MM3 versions (.1140 and whatever was before that).
