w7 pro
when i try to pull up the equalizer(right click on the lower right tiny equalizer ) i get this . it looks like only half of the equalizer. it's functional but not the whole equalizer i suspect.
it's the same on two computers. i tried adjusting my windows views (small icons) but there it has no affect on the eq window
the equalizer is not showing up in full i think???

some menus are truncated, as if my desktop setting are too large.
if i pull up help i get "?help conten" at the top
the equalizer shows the left half w/ seven bars and the left half of balance
