Final buy Lifetime Gold and nothing works right anymore

After a couple years of messing around with MMW 4 and the MMA app, getting things moved from one computer to another (beastly activity), I finally pulled the trigger on a lifetime Gold plan.

Now nothing works right. First the syncs stopped updating properly (songs removed from my phone were being added back instead of removed from the MMW playlists as they had been).

Then I realized I could upgrade to 5. Garish UI and it's a side-by-side install so I lost all my plays and had to reload my library.

After fighting for an hour to even get 5 to acknowledge my phone, none of the syncs (wifi or usb) will complete.

Why did I pay $50 plus tax to have what was working well enough for free completely crap out?

a) You can change the look under Tools > Options > Skin: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/WebHel ... g_the_Skin

b) Check your Sync settings, you may not have enabled sync to sync changes from device to PC: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/WebHel ... Library.29

c) You can copy the MediaMonkey 4 database to the MediaMonkey 5 database location as mm5.db: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... ini-files/
