Library file resolution problem

I just upgraded to MMW5. I've done some Add/rescans. If I have renamed or deleted a file from a windows directory, MMW5 cannot seem to resolve the move. Under the album the old file name shows up along with the new file name. If I try to update the artwork or any other properties and select the 'Apply to all files in the album/series', the update fails when it tries to update the missing file(s). I have to manually remove the non-existent files from the library before I update the artwork.
