The Album Art tagger addon hasn't been rewritten for MM5 yet. Not sure which aspect of the functionality you want, but you may want to try MM5's auto-tagging or artwork editing via Properties > Artwork. If that doesn't cut it, you can:
a) let us know what specific functionality you're missing, in case it's a common usecase that would benefit many MMW5 users
b) contact the original author to ask if they're planning on porting it to MMW5

I appreciate the quick response.
The feature I was most interested in was resizing the cover image size and text input which Paint and i Paint 3D Windows does perfectly.
The Album Art Addon in MMW 4 did the automatic redirection to Paint.
Is it possible to add this functionality?
