Windows 11 and MM5
Are there any experience with Windows 11 and MM5?
Re: Windows 11 and MM5
Internal tests showed it worked, however Windows 11 itself had issues.

Re: Windows 11 and MM5
Hi,
For now no regressions are found in our internal testings and Windows did not complained about incompatibility.

Re: Windows 11 and MM5
So far I have experienced one issue since upgrading to W11. This is the same across 2 different systems.
Under W11, when I right click on a track and choose "analyse volume":
a) For m4b and m4a files (all AAC?) I get an error "Mediamonkey is unable to decode this format" even though MM is perfectly able to *play* the file.
(b) for mp3 files, it does not throw an error, but it also seems not to analyse the volume. If the file had no trck volume in its tag, it seems to produce a nonsensical result. (+64.8dB, for example.)
It worked fine on the W10 machine before upgrade.
I thought maybe it is because the Windows Media Feature Pack was not installed, but when I went to add optional features -> media features, only Windows media player was available and I could not see the Media feature Pack in this version in either the control panel or the setup screen route to optional features.

OS build 22000.282
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.282.0

Re: Windows 11 and MM5
Just an update: Installing the MM5 trial codec pack fixed the issue. It would seem that under W10 the Media Feature Pack was enough, but when I moved to W11 there was something not available any more that required the MM5 codec pack.
