Auto change Path in playlists

In MM4, if I used folders to find media files and added them to a playlist, I could then use ctrl+r to auto organize the files and delete the empty folder. After auto organize, MM4 would update the path in the playlists. In MM5, the files in the the playlists use the old path and so can no longer find the files. Is there a way to fix this so that the files will update the path in the playlists?

UPDATE: I closed and reopened MM5 and the file path was changed correctly. Interesting that it didn't show me while the application was still open.

Are you saying that Auto-Organize Files doesn't result in the new Paths showing in MediaMonkey 5? Which Build (Help > About) are you using and does F5 (refresh) fix the issue?
