File conversion reverts back each start [#18198]

The file conversion reverts back to a default each time MM5 is started (MM4 used to stay at the same conversion every time)

The video doesn't cover the loss of settings. Do note that the Conversion settings are shared with the CD Ripping.

Please capture this in a debug log and attach the log in a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643
by:
1) Start Debug View
2) Start MediaMonkey
3) Change Convert settings
4) Close MediaMonkey when conversion finishes
5) Start MediaMonkey
6) Confirm Conversion settings
7) Save DebugView log

I have reproduced the problem, debug log is already not needed.
