Please capture these types of errors in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643

Result of clicking on artist in filter (Red Foley...) then immediately (Red Hot chilli...) then immediately back to (Red Foley...) hung up for a few seconds - then this popped up https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing
Did not Restart clicking restart!
Did not restart application clicking on desktop short cut
Not Visible in Task manager to shutdown
Going to restart computer.....

It seems that you are not using the Debug build, but regular build?
With debug build crash log would be automatically generated to submit and you could write just log ID of the submitted crash here to analyze. Note that debug build acts a little bit slower though.
