2420 - refresh ignores contextual filter [#18113]

As reported elsewhere MM5 sometimes fails to update the Main Panel when there has been a change.

Normally this is fixed by a manual refresh (F5 key).

Refresh is broken if the Main Panel has an active Context Filter.

Here I am filtered to Fleetwood Mac. If I press F5:

• the panel flashes

• it is briefly filtered correctly

• ===> but then the panel is redisplayed in an unfiltered state, and the UI incorrectly indicates that the filter has been retained and is active
