What's the Direction

I'm curious what the future of MM is. Figured this forum would be the best place. Wish list forum one assumes is for users. What's Ventis or MM SMEs see coming down the road? Having consolidated my digital media interests on MM, would be nice to have an idea what's in store, and if I have things MM currently doesn't support or have in the pipeline, maybe should think to extend my abilities with other things rather than wait for things which might not be in the offing for years, if ever.

I second this, even if insights are given in only broad terms absent hard timelines.
