It never forgets

I have way more music archived on my pc than any phone could ever hope to hold. So I have to rotate my my music from time to time, I delete a few things, and add something different. But Media Monkey NEVER FORGETS, and stores empty album folders that no longer exist. rescanning adds the new music, but doesn't remove what I did. I deleted everything I could find, there were Media Monkey folders in both my device storage, and my SD card. But still, there are dozens of empty folders that don't exist showing in my library. This is ridiculous.
