I have a thousand or so songs on an SD card I'd like to add to MM. When I try to grant access to the directory I get a message the folder hasn't been requested, and it goes to an outdated instruction on how to grant access.
I'm doing this on a fully updated Chromebook and 256GB card. Anyone know how to get access to that directory so I can get to the songs and create some playlists?

Hi,
Unfortunately I do not have Chromebook to test with but most likely you are looking for this setting?

Everything is set up correctly loosely using these instructions, since it's for Android not ChromeOS. Still wasn't working.
So I tried VLC player and everything worked perfectly. Able to play from the SD card, create playlists from entire folders, etc.
Guess I'll be using that instead for this device.
