Hi,
I don't if this is mm4 issue or a mma issue, but I have flac files on my pc and sync them via wifi to my android phone. I have set mm4 to convert the flac files to m4a. I have the codec pack installed. I noticed that gapless albums (eg. dj mixed compliations) have a slight gap, that you can hear the transition from one track to the other when playing them in mma. When setting mm4 to convert the flacs to mp3 they play fine. It's only when i convert it to m4a.
M4A converted from mm do not play gapless

Hi,
Can you open support ticket and send us DL links for Original FLAC, MP3 and M4A file converted with MM4?
Also have you tried to do same with MM5?

Hi Peke,
I submitted the ticket as requested. No I have not tried it with mm5 for 2 reasons. 1. Codec pack is trial for mm5 and 2. Too many issues for me at the moment with mm5.

Hi,
I tested this also with MM5 and it's the same issue. I don't think it is a mma issue but more a issue with mm4/mm5 and aac/m4a files converted by mm4/mm5. I don't know if aac/m4a have the same issue as mp3 with the gapless header? That's all that I can think off that the encoder mm4/mm5 does not create the gapless header
