MMA can't find Sync Server

I've read a few possible solutions to this online but none I can understand, or have helped.

It worked fine for over a year, and nothing has changed but now I can't sync via WiFi (syncing via USB has always been inconsistent and incomplete).

I'm using MMA 1.1.3.0554 Pro and MMW 4.1.11.1783 Gold
